Any suggestions for good multi-RAT modems for measurements

Hello,

I am currently doing some measurements in the LTE FDD band 1 (2100 MHz) with Huawei 398-u1 modem.
The problem is that although I am able to lock the modem via Nemo software to a specific frequency band in UMTS mode, but I cannot do the same when operating in LTE mode. A friend explained that my modem is very old and lacks the band locking feature in LTE... so I am looking to replace it.

Can anyone suggest any good modems for the following bands:
- LTE support for band 1 (2100 MHz) and band 7 (2600 MHz)
- WCDMA/HSPA+ DC support for 2100 MHz

Desired features:
- Band lock (WCDMA, LTE)
- LTE channel and PCI lock
