Hi All,

I am having the following highest failure counter for the respective KPI, does anyone knows does NSN RL40 having Timing advance counter available. Thus, i am able to found out whether the following failure are probably caused by cell overshooting? Or maybe there is any timer which is related to this?

LTE_5218c Total E-UTRAN RRC Connection Setup Success Ratio
Highest Failure cause counter: M8013C6-RRCCOMPL_Miss fails

LTE_5017a E-UTRAN E-RAB Setup Success Ratio
Highest Failure cause counter: M8006C2-Fails, RNL

LTE_5025d E-UTRAN E-RAB Drop Ratio, RAN View
Highest Failure cause counter: M8006C12-Fails,ENB rel, RNL

Hi,

For M8013C6-RRCCOMPL_Miss fails increase t300.
For others check site basis, mostly sites with various alarms like GTPU path failure causes these issues.

As if the site is already overshooting, thus i believe by increasing T300 is not a better idea for this solution. Moreover, i checked the sites with others failure causes, there is no alarm.thank you

No TA counters until RL70 but you can use trace viewer to capture TA for limited number of cells at a time.

For RRCCOMPL_MISS - Try changing the dlrsboost to 0, this may improve the Setup Session Success Rate.

For E-RAB Drop Ratio, try reducing the threshold 4. try to keep the Handover Measurement window to 3 db.

If 4G to 3G handover measurement window is too high then it is likely to drop.

Hi All, can anyone explain me why the overshooting degrades RRC CSSR - cause RRCCOMPL_MISS?
