pls your support to getting Mute or silent calls Report in BSC6900 R15

before i has BSC6900 R13 , and i getting the Mute or silent calls from CDIG report in Path /bam/common/fam/famlogfmt

Silent & Mute call reports you have - which kind of information it contains

Could you please share an example?

Dear Experts,

Apart from this,I have a problem in our network , that users are getting an echo of their own sound. Is there any method to detect that also from the BSC. Please help.

Hello Dear,
To check the one way muting or cross talk Huawei has a switch which you can enable on cell level and monitor the alarms.

Please note that Both the below mentioned switches are to enabled on cell level and keep a close eye on AMR usage.



1- Mute Detect Class1 Switch


2- Mute Detect Class2 Switch

I hope that you will be able to diagnose the issue.
