Dear All,

We currently facing a problem with NSN 3G Network where during pick hours, we are unable to make a single voice call or data traffic.
The Processing Set usage for HSUPA and HSDPA is around 70%, No failure on Iub, power utilisation is fine, code as well.
The node was running with WN7.0 2.2.2 software and get it upgraded to WN7.0 2.3 P8 but still during pick hours performances are the same.

Can anyone assist please.

Hi,

If it is global issue during network peak hour let's take a glance to core network problem(load balancing issue in case of MSC in pool for example).

Cheers

Please not that the issue affect lot cells but not global.

Let's check the affected cells are located on same module in RNC or not maybe RNC module is hanging in high load scenario.

Are you refering to ICSU?

Is there RRC_CONN_STP_FAILS_RNC for above mentioned cells? How many does it during BH? Are Iub and IuPS interfaces terminated on the same NPGE(P)? Please, check the CPU load of NPGE(P).
