I am facing problem in installation after installing the sql the Neo2010 stop and close , could you help

Well at the momment there is no a new version for Neo


I'm sure it's not working it needs another version...

I have tested inmy network NEO partially process L14 and W13 software, file browsing function works unfortunately grids in main menu not working. you can browse just layer3 messages in LTE handover and SDO messages.
But big thanks to EXPERTHUAWEI ( by the way rep added )

After server installation successfully , a prompt message appear NEO stopped working then it is closed any help

I had same experience after installation but that due to other db programs conflicts.
if you have any oracle db or mysql db apps working on background you should close and right click neo run the program as a administrator rights.
than load your uetr or gpeh trace when the icon goes from red to green that means process has been completed.
i cang see after that but on the menu you can see binary search that function worked for me but it isnt much information on it and it is not decode w13a and L14 have tested both doesnt work.

NEO is not that reliable. Try uninstalling other DB software, or just run it in Virtual Machine..
