Hi Experts,
Need support on the optimization of GSM network along the railway route where are having proper coverage but data throughput is very very poor, Data TS are defined properly and in excess to the utilization - no soft blocking/ hard blocking.
How to optimiza the same, Average train speed may be some 100km/Hr.
