Dears,
I'm in dire need of:
1) Ideal counter/formula in M2000 for identifying allocated bandwidth & Usage (%) on NodeB.Also any MML command which shows the actual 'allotted' and the actual 'allocated' IP BW.
2) The definition of SCTP congestion vs IuB congestion and their reasons?.
3) Which is more devastating for resource blockage for end user?
