FACH to HS poor upswitch check

Hi,

Attatched is a basic case check for poor Up switches from FACH to HS observed in one of our networks. The case may be inconclusive, but points more to the direction of approach.

can u share the post results after increasing the buffer size.?

i mean did they effect the switching succ rate and other related KPI's
