Channel switching failure problem

dear all i am facing poor channel switching from Fach to HS around 80%.

can u tel me any counters i can check for the failure reasons. i have gone through Admin failures. there are not as many admission failures as channel upswitch failures.

have u checked the Fach to HS switching succ rate.? can u share. the problem i am facing is this i have the same kpi very poor. an d i am not able to track factors effecting it.i gone through GPEH but did not find unusual things. its in almost every cell in the RNC, i have ruled out reason like admin, congestion, rssi..
