Actix April 2014 No Data on PcTel Ex Flex For JDSU

Hello masters, Why there is no data on actix5.1 when imported log file from JDSU scanner,what is the possible reason?What version of Pctel support JDSU for LTE scanning?

is it possible that actix can post process ftl dl log file and not ftp ul log file from jdsu tool?
