Local Cell Identifier

Hi All,


I want to use Local Cell Identifier instead of Cell Identifier

the issue is limit of Cell id :

Cell ID : Actual Value Range: 0~65535

Local Cell ID : Actual Value Range: 0~268435455

What issues i can face ?
