Hi All,
We have Huawei eNB's in our network which dont appear to be able to recover very well from outages. SCTP establishes between the MME and eNB however when tracing the eNB signalling I cannot see the S1 setup request message being initated.
Has anyone else come across this, I have been able to reset the S1 interface and in some scenreos the sctp interface which has restored some however not all. when checking the S1 interface the status shows as abnormal for some associations however not all, the fault reason advises of a lower link layer fault however as mentioned SCTP is working fine.
Any pointers would be appreacited.
