Yes this version works for x64 but at the beggining of the year Actix announced that they will release a x64 version, so actix can make use of more RAM and so on

I redownloaded the file and successfully opened it. Thank you. Maybe you could tell me which ones to run first. Also, does this need license?

Wel... just run the setup but you need a valid license which is not included in this topic... keep searching on forum althougth is not so easy obtain the licenses most of them are in forbiden city part, so you need to contribute and earn credtis and so on in order to can access to that section
