FlexEx eith Tems 15 issue

i try to connect a flex pctel scanner with tems 15,with a handle for this scanner,but it appears in device manager,like PORT and COM,and like DC enunmerator PCTEL
but tems not recognize it

Can you help me please to solve this issue

Use TI15 driver cd to install the driver

the latest driver may helps:

the driver already included within TEMS CD folder, just use the EX driver, please be aware that use the latest TEMS to support your Exflex, IBflex etc, since these scanner are new.
