for MRFUd support 35M if we have Software Defined Radio (Huawei)

is possible to use MRFUd for GSM900 or DCS1800 (but only one band at same time) by using Software Defined Radio property (SDR)

No. Band is different and SDR will not help.

SDR enables different radio technology on the same band e.g. GSM1800 and LTE1800.
But MRFU for 1800 and 900 are the different pieces of hardware.
