Dear,
Kindly I want to know "What parameters to check" and "What actions to take" for below cases;
1- Site has only one carrier and has zero RRC for Speech but for PS & HS has normal RRC rate
2- Site has only one carrier and has zero RRC for PS & HS but for Speech has normal RRC rate
3- Site has only one carrier and has zero RRC for both speech and data
4- Site has two carriers and RRC for first carrier is normal (speech and Data) while second carrier has Zero RRC (speech and Data)
5- Site has two carriers and RRC for second carrier is normal (speech and Data) while first carrier has Zero RRC (speech and Data)
6- Site has two carriers and for first carrier (Speech RRC success rate= zero while for PS & HS are normal) and for second carrier (both Speech and Data has normal RRC)
7- Site has two carriers and for second carrier (Speech RRC success rate= zero while for PS & HS are normal) and for first carrier (both Speech and Data has normal RRC)
8- Site has two carriers and for first carrier (PS & HS RRC success rate= zero while for Speech are normal) and for second carrier (both Speech and Data has normal RRC)
