Power congestion in WCDMA??

Why we observe power congestion in WCDMA while no such congestion is observed in GSM?

because in GSM each time slot is transmitted by all the power , but in WCDMA we transmit in the same time to all users with sharing the power .so the power is a resource to be Optimize in WCDMA to avoid congestion

2G and 3G are in the same site? compare the traffic of 2G and 3G first.

3G uses CDMA which means using code and transmited power to deffrniate pepole comparing with time and frequency that is used in GSM
