Hello Colleagues
I have a little problem. I work in a CDMA 1x EVDO network, I have been observing that we have been having problems with incoming and outgoing calls when data service is active on our mobile devices.
Scenario1:
Data service is active on mobile device, and when people try to reach the subscriber they get a subscriber is unavailable or not reachable message. Subscriber is only reachable when the data service option is turned off.
Scenario2:
Data service is active on mobile device, and when subscriber tries to make a call, the call does not go through or the line is simply engaged. Subscriber is only able to make calls when the data service option is turned off.
All suggestions on what can be done to rectify this problem would be appreciate.
