Dear friends,
I'm facing a problem that many IP RAN sites has Zero RRC Success Rate, some in speech and data and others only in HSDPA, please advice how to troubleshoot this problem?

Check the configuration in NodeB and RNC whether its matched or not including Power,Cell ID
