Looking for EGCP protocol information / decoder

Alcatel-Lucent seem to have a proprietary media gateway control protocol. They don't use H.248 or MGCP, but something called EGCP.

Does anyone have detailed documentation on the protocol encoding / logic or knows any software that can decode EGCP?
