The second edition of this book has been next to impossible to find.

I have searched many sites like freebook...es as well as P2P and torrent sites. The 2nd edition is nowhere to be found.

I am willing to share high-end material (prop/journal editions etc.) with anyone having this second edition as a swap if interested.
