HW Power control 3 vs HW power control 2

Could you please tell me the HW PC3 better than PWC2 or not. Could you please share the parameter configuration of PW3?

1- Initial discarded MR. number

2- Interpolation method

3- Filter calculation

Dear

in Our network , we use PW2 , but in we will make upgrade for BSC6900 and we will use PW3

i contact another engineers , they use PW3 and of course its better than PW2

Trial result which we done since last two years ago for Power control3.

PC-III much better as it reacts faster to changes in radio environment. Read E******* PC algorithm, HW PC-III is almost copy of that :-)
