Coverage Prediction for modified clutter type

Kindly advise how to do Coverage Prediction for modified clutter type (Currently it's Open area/ Trees clutter
but it's under construction to be new residential compound so coverage prediction shall be for urban/ Dense urban
clutter not open area/ Trees), how to overcome this issue so we could have accurate prediction...

If your surrounding is changing the best thing to do is modifying the clutter manually.
Depending on he amount it can be done automatically. But normally this is done inside the planningtool (or tools you are comfort with)
