Need MSM 6.3 compatible with Windows 7 Pro

Actually i'm working in swap priject from MiniLink E to MiniLink TN.
I have trouble to install MSM 6.3 on my PC Windows 7 Pro. :'(
Can any one help ? :confused: it will be great. ;)
