Iub congestion

I have some Iub congestion and it is affect service quality and Iub DL drop number is high. Does someone know huawei RAN15 Iub capacity saving feature or decrease Iub packet drop number without expanding Iub interface capacity?

You can try changing FTI for specific QoS class for which you are facing congestion...
