Hello! In E/// RBS there are two parameters noOfPucchCqiUsers noOfPucchSrUsers both are 160 by default. Is it optimal value? How to calculate optimal value?

Have you checked the Control Channel Dimensioning guideline under the Planning section of the CPI (ALEX)? There is a lot of detail there.

At a high level this value should match the expected number of connected users in the cell. For sure it should not be set higher than the licence limit you have for max # of connected users (per eNodeB).

The higher you set this, the more UL PRBs will be reserved for signalling and hence your throughput will be lower. If however you set it too low, you will get RRC Connection Rejects and new users will not be able to get allocated PUCCH resources.

Thanks for your explanation. Another question is how many rb reserverd for L1 signaling with default settings, 160 users.

check the KPI for SR and CQI congestion...because of congestion it can cause RRC reject....if no congestion no need to increase..to increase it either u allocate more PUCCH resource or increase the periodicity....
