How can I earn reputations, post new threads or replies or upload useful documents?

Hi, 2 things that I learned in getting reputation :

1. Upload useful document but please and please check the forum before you upload it, if it's already available in the forum then NO need to upload it again.
2. Keep update with the forum. If some one creates a thread and ask for question and you have answer for it then give your answer, if that person is satisfied with your answer then he will give you reputation.
