Below is information for good new of Nemo handy 2.21 for S4 9505

LTE Cell Lock
1, Nemo Handy-A v2.21 adds support for LTE cell lock (Channel & PCI lock). The lock is confirmed working with following terminals:
-Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (T-Mobile US) SM-N900T
-Samsung Galaxy S4 4G+ GT-I9506
-Samsung Galaxy Note3 SM-N9005
-Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition SM-P605
UE must first be locked to LTE system before LTE Cell lock (Ch+PCI) can be executed. Both channel (EARFCN) and PCI must be selected. Cell lock is hard lock. Service is lost out of coverage area. The terminal must be rebooted to apply the lock.

Nemo Handy-A v2.21 adds support for band lock, AMR locks, and preferred carrier lock without reboot with Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-i9505.
3, Mobile to mobile voice quality B-party settings in script
Nemo Handy-A v2.21 supports defining the answering party POLQA voice quality settings in the script. Script command “Answer call” now contains the voice quality sample settings.
