Hello!
Do you have experience Atoll, please help me.
1. I made one UMTS network simulation, When used the simulation module the result have very much delayed HSPA User, how to reduce this number down.
2. I made prediction thoughput map or CQI map with load, the results have many blind spot, which don't have throughput, don't have low speed, dont have values <16.
