PCTEL Ex Flex issue with TEMS 15.3

I have a problem connecting Seegull Ex Flex [latest with FDD & TDD support] problem with TEMS. I have downloaded drivers, installed properly, I can see port in Device Manager but scanner is not detected by TEMS.

For TEMS I have 15.3 and we purchased license directly from ASCOM.

It is better to get support from Ascom if the scanner as well under their responsibility as far as I see TEMS become more complex if there is 3rd party device .
