Traffic and MHT Accumulation Period in 2G (ALU, Huawei, E*******)

I need help in knowing the accumulation period used for measurement of TCH Traffic/MHT and SDCCH Traffic/MHT for subjected vendors in 2G. Any help in this regard would be highly appreciated (especially ALU). Many Thanks.

For E/// its is 10 sec for TCH and 1 sec for SDCCH....
