I have a question about event 2d parameters setting:

What is the difference between (1) and (2)?

(1): used freq threshold 2decno: -12 dB; Hyst2d: 2

(2): used freq threshold 2decno: -13db; Hyst2d: 0

Measurement Quantity is CPICH Ec/No.

Hi,

there is very slight difference.
In case (1) UE will start reporting (periodically) 2d event, when ECNO drops below -13dB and will stop reporting, when it improves above -11dB. That is due to hysteresis.
In case (2) UE will start reporting (periodically) 2d event, when ECNO drops below -13dB and will stop reporting, when it improves above -13dB.

We use the second setting method for event 2d to trigger compress mode (e*******).

For event 2f:
+ used freq threshold 2f ecno: -13, Hyst2f: 0

Do you have any idea to optimize these parameters?
