HSPA+ to HSPA (Ping Pong Happening)

I have a ZTE SDR site which keeps swithcing from HSPA+ (H+) to HSPA every few second. Can you help share what kind of optimization can I do to ensure it stays on HSPA+ . I am 200 meter from site and this keeps happening.

It depends upon your CQI settings either you are using 64 QAM or 16QAM/QPSK... If CQI is not good then you might keep on switching between HSPA and HSPA+...
For HSUPA it depends upon the settings you have set for throughputto switch to 2ms TTI....
