Request regarding Actix 4.05.279.015 (March 2013) with TEMS 14

Dear Friends,
I got Actix 4.05.279.015 (March 2013) to open TEMS 14 logs (trp), but it giving error,
and after I searched about the problem, I found that I need certification to open the trp (TEMS 14) Logs

Can any one support me by this certifications and how I adding it ?
