Actually naming is self explanatory.
HLD - some summary scope, LLD - with all small details.
Could you share your project?

Hi.
HLD= network architecture, node dimensioning, antenna system definition, transmission dimensioning, mobility estrategy, IP Connectivity...
LLD= radio, transmission, node, management parameters ,... (normally in excel format)

Please, note this is for RAN.
