TEMS Investigation with Huawei e392-u12 layer3 messages

Hi,
Is anyone faced LTE layer3 messages are coming randomly and disappearing with TEMS 15.2(or 15.3). Datacard model is Huawei 392-u12. Is there any suggestion for this problem
