Searching for a good ACP tool

I'm searching for a good ACP (Automatic cell planning)tool that can be based on OSS reporting and on Drive test measurements,any recommandations please? any return on experience?

xAFP xACP tools are the best i used xAFP its wonderful tool

As I know Arieso has a separate tool for ACP, once I did a trial with their soft.

E******* tool is quite expensive but also given very good result especially based on Measurement in network but still there are other ACP provider given good result and cheap compared to E******* like Atoll do the same and cheap with based on measurement of network and you have actix radio plan is good but need more time as it depend on drive test .

So at the end your budget and experience lead you which to use.
