Is anybody able to post sample map data (incl. clutter for example 100km x 100km - the bigger, the better :)) for ICS telecom, Atoll or Optimi x-wizard, just to try the functionality of the programs?

There are snapshots available here !! Please check in forum.

Use .bin Mapdata and you can use in ASSET, ICS Mapper, Optimi X-Wizard, etc
