Huawei CDMA C8600 and TI 14.2 and TI 10.0.5

I have huawei cdma c8600 which is able to connect to TI 14.2 and is detected automatically but the engineering mode is not showing. I mean the systems or the network parameters are not showing in the TI 14.2

Also the TI 10.0.5 does not detect this CDMA phone.

Please i will be glad some1 can offer me a solution or an idea to handle this problem.
