Historic Parameter value changes

Dears,

All of us in RF Engineering has Historic KPIs to track any improvement or degradation in KPIs
What about Historic Parameter value changes to track any change in parameter which can directly affect KPIs

Did you see any tool for Historic Parameter value changes?
as doing it manually for all Parameter of all TRX/ Cell will be big task

We have a tool which is doing that, it is also used for integration of new sites. Most parameter changes are managed by this tool and each parameter change is recorded based on a daily export, no matter how parameter was changed.

It is an inhouse developed tool, of course it is more than just an Excel Macro. The Oracle Database contains almost 1000 different tables and several tousands lines of code.
Meanwhile it supports Nokia (2G, 3G), E******* (2G, 3G), ZTE (3G), Huawei (2G, 3G, 4G)

Most such configuration tools are inhouse developed solutions and are very customer specific. The only commercial tool I know is DATASAFE from AIRCOM.
