Hi Expert,

How can I investigate this scenario in 3G network?
Calls went to VoiceMessageService due to paging failures?
What are the reason of paging failures? Is it core side? Cells are in one LAC.

Does this problem suddenly appeared or it was from the beginning? Any change in Core LAC level KPIs?
If RTWP is high for some cells then NodeB will be unable to decode Paging response from UE.

It just suddenly appeared,
no alarms, availability is 100%
