You need to export logfile in text format. Choose latitude, longitude and measurements you interested in setup options. After export open it in mapinfo. I got russian version, so it hard to me to translate exactly names of icons, but i try )). In mapinfo create point object in "tables" menu, choosing right columns for X and Y coordinates. You'll get black points with needed data. At last create tematic map (F9) to make legend.
