Stumbled upon make_sectors.rar that may assist in your efforts. Sadly, this does not allow one to create a Thematic Map and differentiate which sector is which. However, it does the duty of adjusting pie size. I've been using the Windcatcher to create the sector pies, but have been unsuccessful in having the sector size change in the .tab. I can adjust it within Windcatcher, but the resultant .tab never varies and is nearly worthless for MapInfo. Long story short, this can assist when needed.

Edit: Came across a file named SiteSee. I find this a much nicer solution. This allows for me to still create my thematic maps.
