3G service not working on latest smartphones

On my network (ZTE system) 3G data service does not work on latest smartphones like Iphone 5, Sony Xperia Z, Samsung Galaxy S4 etc. However 3G data works seamlessly on older models. Only GPRS and EDGE works on those latest smartphones. Does anyone have any idea what could be the possible reason?

please let ZTE vendor update path that support with all those phone on RNC side will be Ok

is there any specific parameter on RNC side that is causing this?
