Does anybody know by which command in E******* HLR we can see for a given subscriber(MSISDN or IMSI) what is setting for HSDPA throughput ?

Try with these commands:

hgsdp:msisdn=...,all;

hgeqp:EQOSID=all;

Thanks , In print out which column or variable shows maximum allowed throughput for given msisdn ?

Hi! MBR is given for eqosid. Different eqosids may be allowed for different APNs for one msisdn.
