Error Tems Investigation 9.1

Dear all!
I'm using tems investigation with version 9.1 to DT and analyzer. I have installed on some computer and successed. But I can't install on my computer. I don't know why. I have setuped my computer again. But it's not working.
I alway see a error. Everybody can see below picture.

Please help mee as soon as because I need to work. I have delayed my work.

Just install Tems 10 and things should be better.

Check the forum m8 as you have till tems 12 or more posted here.

But my friend is using Tems investigation 9. So I have to use that to sync.
Can you fix that error? Please.

My Os is very good!
I'm using window SP3. Now, I wana use Tems Investigation Nodonge.
But I can't install HASP PL 3.5. I have searched driver but it's not.
I don't know why.
