PS DROP RATE UMTS

HI i have a sector which went rogue a few days back RAW ps drops on it are 795 any suggestions on improving it...

HSDPA and EUL drops are in acceptable range but R99 interactive drops are really worse....E******* cabinet...

in this situation, i think it doesn't affect to customer. You can change the interactive time to reduce the call drop and observe the data volume.
