The central tool is netact optimizer beside reporting suite.
If you have chance to use traffica even better.
Megamon can help you in case of troubleshooting.
These are all nsn tools.
If you need some third party tool you have, there is various on the market and these are based on nsn tracing abilities.

RAN - radio access network. That is only abbreviation for radio part of the whole network.
