NSN T200S

After i sent the T200S from the NSN Default(0) to 1200ms, i got:
Radio failure changed from 12% to 0%
BUT i got also, Abis failures changed from 1.5% to 12% !!!!!

Any explanation for that?

the Abis failure counter is incremented each once the LAPDm msg is not decoded (not acknowlged by MS) however the radio failure counter is incremented each once the layer 3 msg is not received/decoded. if u increase the T200 timer, u will give chance to layer 3 msg to be decoded (involved in layer 2 msg) however it will increase the number of layer 2 fail msg
