E******* TRC NO SUPERVISION FROM OSS? HOW TO RESTORE CLUSTER NODE?

Once more Needed help on E******* BSC/TRC.

I have E******* TRC Node with No supervisions from OSS and Ca-not access via Winfiol (APZ 212 33c APG40 GSM BSSR08A).

STATUS: I Cant' Ping Cluster IP, But I can Ping both NodeA and NodeB.

Cluster IP: 10.x.x.38 - ping FAILED
NodeA: 10.x.x.37 - ping is Successful
NodeB: 10.x.x.36 - ping is Successful

PLEASE! Can anyone share their expertise and knowledge on HOW CAN I RESTORE, CLUSTER SERVICES? (To restore Supervision) From these Situations.

Hi,
connect with WinFiol to NodeA then NodeB and check status, which node is acting as Active, also which processes are down.
hostname&prcstate -l
cluster node
cluster group
net start
alist
cluster res|findstr Failed
cluster res | findstr -vie online



Bring ON all resources which are down.
Start ClusSvc on both nodes if it is down
net start clussvc
